Answer

There are two sets of tracks in the sand with a slick or drag mark between them. A harbor seal dragged its body up the bank using its flippers like oars. The trail width is about 3 feet.

A dozen harbor seals climbed up this bank and sunned themselves as long as possible before the flood tide covered the sand bar again.
